Terms of Service

HousingModel · housingmodel.com · Operated by Insource Ai, Wichita, Kansas · Last updated September 10, 2026

1. The Service

Insource Ai ("we," "us") provides HousingModel, a multi-tenant web platform for housing development and operations (underwriting, development, asset management, and resident operations). Access is organized per organization (the "Organization"). These terms govern your use of the platform at housingmodel.com (the "Terms").

2. Accounts and Access

You may use the service by open signup or by invitation, depending on the platform's configuration. The person who creates the Organization is its owner and is responsible for the account, its members, and their activity. Accounts have role-based permissions; users act only within the permissions granted to them. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service to store or transmit unlawful content; probe, scan, or disrupt the platform or its security; reverse-engineer the service; use the service to spam or harass; or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where appropriate.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing is presented at checkout. Platform billing is processed by our payment provider Creem.io; tenant payment flows are processed by Finix. Charges recur according to the plan you select and may be updated on notice. You may cancel through your organization's billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a license to host, process, and analyze that data solely to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Financial records are retained for seven years as described in the Privacy Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to export your data if you close your account.

6. Ai Features

Ai-assisted features generate informational output based on your data and generally available information. Outputs are not legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and are subject to human review before use. You are responsible for decisions made based on Ai output.

7. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms with notice to your organization's account owner. Questions about these terms should be directed to your organization's account owner, who can contact Insource Ai on your behalf.
