Investment Comparison - compares multifamily to other commercial real estate investments classes (i.e., office, retail, and industrial). The purpose of this section is to answer the question, "Why invest in multifamily projects?"

Rate Data - provides the Comparable Vacancy Rates, the Rent Growth Rate, Rent Rate Calculations, Hotel Rate Calculations, Hotel Occupancy Rates, a Cap Rate Data analysis, and an Inflation Rate Analysis. All of the data in this section is used in the calculations in the Financial Projections section.

Development Costs - provides the Project Budget, a month-by-month Project Income & Cost Schedule, Construction Loan Calculations, the estimated interest carry (interest to accumulate during construction), and the Financing Terms for the bank loan and the investors.

Ramp-Up and Stabilize - provides a Rent Roll, Occupancy Ramp-Up Schedule, Operating Expenses outline, and an Annual Property Operating Data (APOD) summary.

Financial Projections - provides the financial projections, which include a 24-Month Income & Expense Statement, a 20-Year Cash Flow Analysis, and a Valuation, and a summary of the planned Refinancing & Investor Cash Out.
